Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 of

The legally binding text is the Spanish (es-AR) version. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. There are similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage). Here we tell you about everything kdagencia.com saves in your browser.

2. Our rule

  • We keep it to a minimum. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies — neither our own nor third-party ones.
  • We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies, saves nothing in your browser and doesn't identify you.
  • That's why there's no cookie banner and we don't ask for consent: there's nothing optional to accept or reject. We still keep the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page so you know exactly what we use.

3. What we save in your browser

NameTypePurposeSet byDuration
Your language choice (cookie and local storage)Necessary / functionalRemembers the language you chose. Saved when you choose a language; if you chose one before, it may be restored from your browserkdagencia.com1 year
Visit source (sessionStorage)FunctionalIf you arrive from an ad or a link with UTM tags, remembers the source, campaign and medium so they can be counted, together with the browser's time zone, in anonymous statistics of clicks on contact buttons (Umami, no cookies). The time zone is not saved in your browser. This data is not added to your inquiry or to the chat with the bot, and is not shared with ad platforms. It is not a cookiekdagencia.comDeleted when you close the tab

Today, the only cookie kdagencia.com sets is the one that remembers your language. A copy of that same choice is kept in your browser's local storage.

If we ever add an analytics or advertising cookie, we'll first update this policy and ask for your permission before turning it on.

4. Links and third-party content

When you click a link to another site (for example, X, Telegram or the ARCA website — Argentina's tax agency), that site applies its own cookies and policies. We don't embed third-party content that sets cookies on our site.

5. How to delete or block cookies

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, you'll see the site's default language until you choose one again; if a copy remains in local storage, the site may re-apply your last choice. Session storage clears itself when you close the tab.
